This waterfall is in deep valley 14km away from Puyon-ri, Sinhung County, South Hamgyong Province.

It flows along the two-tiered cliffs of granite.

It falls along the cliff with a gradient of 80° and falls again along the cliff with a gradient of 70°.

The waterfall is 60m high in total, 2m wide in the dry season and 10m wide in the rainy season.

Its surroundings are shrouded with oak, maple and mono maple.

The scenery of the waterfall is not only enchanting but also matches well with its surrounding plants.
