The KIYCTC provides service to citizens of all countries around the world who want to tour the DPRK.
The KIYCTC makes a legal contract not with a natural person, but with the juridical organization (travel agency, chamber and exchange company) for exchange of tourism.
The application for tourism to the DPRK by a tour group or an individual tourist is made through a travel agency and other organs that have exchange contract with the KIYCTC.
The sending part must send the list of tour applicants through an email or fax 20-25 days before the entry into the DPRK of the tour group.
The list must include the name, sex, nationality, citizenship, profession and post, passport number, residence and phone number of each tourist.
A tourist who has double citizenships or professions must record in the list both his or her citizenships or professions.
A group applying for tourism must confirm the correctness of the list in writing.
